Lots of classic Ellen moves in a barefoot workout that's still a challenge, but in a good (and manageable) way. A little yoga, a little pilates, some low impact cardio - it's all covered.
If you like EB workouts get this one. If you haven't tried her before, Yogini is a great place to start.
