This is really a no-frills yoga mat. Looks very simple and does what it's supposed to. I really love that it's longer than most yoga mats and it fits me with an inch or two to spare on the top and bottom (I'm 5'11). One minor problem is that I can smell the chemicals a little still if my nose is pressed directly against it, though the smell gets more faint each time I use it and I expect it to be completely gone in the next couple weeks. Hypothetically, if I were very fat, the mat might be a bit too thin for me, so if you're a pretty heavy guy/gal you may want to look elsewhere. Slightly overweight and thinner body types will fit just fine.
