Very comfortable mat with enough padding to keep you comfortable when lying down or doing other poses on the ground, and not too much so you feel you feet are sinking of getting stick.
Able to move freely but not slip and it cleans up well.

I really loved this yoga mat! I stand 5'7'' and the length of this mat was wonderful. I could lay down and not be falling off the ends of it. It is extra thick which makes it very comfortable. This is a great yoga mat! The best part about it for me is that is does not collect dog hair! Exercise mats I have had in the past ended up covered in dog hair while on the floor. Not this one - I just shake it out and roll it up! No extra cleaning every day!Customer Review: Great mat

I use this mat during my p90x routine for abs, yoga, and stretching. I had bought one from Bed and Bath before for more money, but it slid on my hard floor and started to come apart. This mat is much more stable and does not slide at all.Customer Review: Exactly what I was looking for!

Extremely fast shipping, high quality mat with a nice thickness. Somewhat slippery but doesn't interfere with my poses. No rubbery smell that others have warned about. I love the color (light blue) as well! Great product.
