I ordered this product 3 months ago (May 13th, 2010) and I guess they had changed the picture for me as well. The picture now clearly displays two smiley absorbers and not 8. I received two happy faces instead of one happy and one sad. I actually preferred it that way anyways.
I originally bought these elsewhere, because I thought they looked fun. They are actually very very good shock absorbers as well. I've played with a few others such as the standard Wilson W, the standard Babolat one, the Wilson Shock Trap, and the Gamma Noshock. I preferred the feel of the smiley over all of them. I believe Djokovic actually used this one at some point.
It's unfortunate that a quality product has such a low rating because of product image error. I'm never going to switch out of this shock absorber. I love the way it looks on my racket and the way my shot feels with it on.
