These are the best practice balls that I've ever used. The quality of the plastic is great, lightweight but very durable. They break in & out, and resemble the change-up very well. My sons practice hitting in our back yard (soft toss, T work, etc.). We tried buying cheap plastic practice balls at local sporting goods stores but they'd break every time the bat hit them square on the seam.
