Customer Review: Solid wallet with a couple of very minor quirks

Been using this wallet for a few weeks now. No frayed wallet loop. Impressions:
- This wallet is pretty small. That's mostly a good thing, though I note the credit card pockets are very tight. I am having to double up cards in each pocket, which probably is the real problem, but I expect this issue to go away as the wallet breaks in.
- The tether works great, though it seems complex compared to a chain. The wallet loop hooks to a clasp, which hooks to the reel, whose line ends in another clasp/carabiner, which attaches to the leather belt loop. I sort of wish the belt loop had a snap so that I didn't have to take off my belt to get rid of my wallet, but it hasn't mattered yet.
- Viewing window is a great idea but could have been placed so as to show the denomination of the outermost bill. Magnetic snaps work fine despite my having overstuffed the wallet already. They haven't erased any of my cards yet.
On the whole I am very happy with this wallet. It isn't perfect, but it's pretty close.

After loosing three wallets in five years, I decided to look for a wallet that I could attach to my belt. I was also looking for a retractable cord option. After some research, I located the Civilian retractable wallet. This wallet is fantastic! It has plenty of room for credit cards, driver's license, and bills. It has a couple of magnets that keep the wallet closed at all times. And the retractable cord works perfectly fine, you can even let the wallet go after you make a payment if you need an extra hand, and the wallet will stay next to your belt, so that you can put it in your backpocket as soon as you can free up your hand without loosing it. Before I bought this wallet, I had been looking for months for one that I liked. I wanted something to which I could attach a chain, but which wasn't some lame "biker wallet" with ridiculous graphics. This fit the bill perfectly. I wouldn't recommend it if your wallet looks like George Costanza's, but you can easily fit 6 cards, an ID, and several bills, which is about how much I have. It's got a clean appearance and the material is high quality. The buttons are solid, and make a satisfying snap when you close them. The retractor, I wasn't so fond of. I attached my own low-profile chain instead with a belt clip that also holds my keys ($1.19 at Lowe's, I highly recommend it).Customer Review: Best Wallet

The order shipped a few hours after placing the order and arrived within three days. Most orders don't even process within that amount of time.
I have a flat butt and have been wearing a chain wallet for many years. I'll find my wallet where I sat without one. This wallet is great and I don't have to worry about a chain dangling from my pocket.
I couldn't ask for a better wallet. It's worth more than I paid for it. It's the best quality wallet I've ever owned. I'm actually leaving seller feedback because I'm so pleased with this it. I rarely ever leave feedback.

I felt a little strange about paying this much for a wallet but I'm glad I did! My old chain wallet was getting worn out and as I am growing up I felt it was less and less professional. I am always loosing my wallet if it isn't attached to me and this ended up being a great solution. The retractable cord is solid and low key. The overall quality of the wallet is better than any that I've had. There is enough space for my most important pieces of ID and credit cards. Overall very happy with this purchase.
