This knife is so handy. When I first received it I thought it was so small that I would loose it. I thought I would have to replace it right away. I am amazed that I have not lost it. The blade is very sharp. The scissors are very sharp too.
The thing I use this the most for is opening packages in the car, after purchasing something in the store. It is a very sharp, sturdy for it's size and just a great little knife. I have had this knife about a year now and it is still in like-new condition. I highly recommend this knife.

Victorinox and Swiss Army brand are all you really need to know if you're looking for a great pocket knife. The Swiss Army Classic SD Pocket Knife fits the bill for everything that's important in a handy knife.
For the price you pay for the knife at Amazon, you can't go wrong for even giving it a try. Shoot! If you don't like, whomever you give it to will love you for a great gift. Of course, they won't be able to figure out why in the world you gave it away either.

Wow- What fun this little knife is. I'v already used the little (very sharp) knife and the straight slot screwdriver several times. I'm a 47 year old female and never owned a Swiss Army knife - I'm so glad I did'nt settle for anything but a Victorinox. I purchased my pretty translucent blue knife along with the classic red one for my 19 year old daughter. She loves it and uses it, we both love that it's so handy right their on your key chain.Customer Review: Essential

I can't imagine life without my miniature pocket knife. Well, more specifically, the scissors. I knit, spin, weave, and occasionally crochet and bead. All of these activities require scissors at some point. And the ability to carry scissors on my keyring at all times is the best thing since the bread slicing machine.
And they come in more colors than just red.
Bonus: Airport security now allows them - hurrah!

While a bigger knife is certainly often easier to use, this great little item won't bonk around in your pocket or weigh down your purse. My wife and I have each carried one on our keychains for years. Yes, we use it for picnics as well as for cutting just about anything that needs cutting on the spur of the moment. The scissors excel on the small jobs they're designed for. Don't be surprised if you lose the tweezers and the toothpick.
