Customer Review: The Cadet is a great EDC knife!

For some time now this has been and probably always will be my EDC (every day carry) knife. I've squirreled away a few of them just in case Victorinox in their infinite wisdom decides to discontinue the Cadet like they have some of their other models. The bottom line is you can not find another pocket knife this cool. Here are a few reasons:
- Handy size which is slightly smaller than the regular Swiss army knives
- One big blade which is all you really need
- Great nail file
- Very usable can and jar cap tools mit flat head blades
- Key ring holder which is attached to my key set
- Light enough as to not load down your pocket along with your key set
- Great aluminum alox finish which is indestructible
- Oh so sharp Swiss steel blade and easy to resharpen
I do recommend the silver model because any of the color tinted ones will eventually loose their coloring and start to look crappy although this will no effect the performance of the knife it just looks great in silver and continues to shine. Of all the hundreds of products I've purchased over the years this is right at the top in terms of performance, desirability and value. As usual Amazon did an excellent job with my order fulfillment.
