Customer Review: Complete Kit, Good Price, but Purple?

I started exercising more at home (P90X), and needed a good mat to work out mat for our hardwood floors. The Valeo Yoga Kit does the trick with a pretty big mat and good cushioning. It's the same thickness as the other "generic" mats out there, but it comes complete with a strap, bag, and 2 yoga blocks (which you use in P90X).
My only gripe is the ridiculous purple color (not very manly). But it does the trick. The only other thing is the initial slight chemical smell of the mat. Of course, it fades over time. I'd recommend airing it out when you receive it.

I have a gym membership but since getting pregnant I quit the germy-gym and decided to pursue my yoga at home. This kit for under 25$ including the blocks and strap was a value for money. The mat is not super thick,but that works for me since I workout on a carpeted floor. The mat does not smell too rubbery as mentioned earlier. The blocks have a slight smell but i guess with use it will go away. Not offensive smell, something you can live with.
I would recommend this anytime!

This was a good kit for me, as I'm new to yoga. The mat gets slippery easily, so I usually just put a towel over the mat, so I don't slip while doing the different poses. The blocks and belt are standard, no complaints there. It would have been nice if the kit came with a bolster or cushion mat also. The bag for the yoga mat looks very cheap and is pretty useless. Overall, I think this is a great price for what's included!Customer Review: Value for money

This is an excellent combo kit. If you are a beginner, you are likely to feel the need of the yoga block and the belt. if you are a pro, then you already know the value of the block and belt.
The mat is good, no need to spend money on expensive mats, rather donate if you have extra cash, as this will work just fine.

This is a good product for beginners. I just recently purchased this, along with some Namaste Dvds. The only thing I dont like is the mat could be way thicker. The dvds I purchased dont use the blocks or the belt. But all in all its a good product for the little price.
