This is a great set, not just for the beginner. The mat is oversized compared to others I've seen. And the thickness was comfortable. Having two blocks was a plus, especially to lend one out to a friend. I would recommend this to anyone, it is a complete set in a bag ready to go.

This is a good yoga mat, sticks well to the floor and comes with this great bag. Just what I wanted. I havent used the blocks and straps yet. There were other slightly cheaper yoga mats on Amazon by other vendors, but I bought this one with something else and got free shipping, so worked out to just the same price.Customer Review: Yoga mat

I shopped around in the discount stores and found no deal that compares with this item and it's inclusions. I like a bargain and I worked for this one. Not a great deal I can say about a yoga matt set really.
My wife does yoga three times a day and our new house has hardwood floors so it was getting pretty unconfortable.
Everything in the set is of high quality and the matt is perfect and non-slip.

I really just wanted an inexpensive yoga mat and bag but I found this with what I wanted plus yoga blocks and strap. I don't ever use the blocks or strap but the mat is very nice and doesn't get dirty very easily. I'm glad I purchased this set.
