I purchased this kit mainly because I needed the blocks and the strap. The added benefit was an additional mat and a bag to carry it with. The entire kit is fine quality, although it's taken some time for the vinyl smell to recede from the matt. For the price, it's a great kit.
The only drawback is that I wish it had come with a bolster. None of the kits seem to include that.

When I compared prices both locally and on-line, it became clear that this was the most bang for my buck. While a mat can be had for less, the added value of the blocks, the belt and the carrying bag (which if purchased by themselves would be another $20) make this a great combination price. Great product for the price. Shipped fast. The blocks are strong the mat is sticky and the strap is perfect (even has that sort of weave and heather color that "goes" with yoga). The poster isn't even worth thinking about, but who does yoga from a poster? The bag is cheezy but easy to get your mat in and out of and has room for your blocks and strap. If your demand is similar to mine, I think this is a good choice.
I do not yoga every day, perhaps once a week. But I guess the mat will be fine if you use it every day.
At the beginning it has a wird smell, I know it's some chemical smell, not good for human body. But after I put it outside for several days, it's fine now.

it is a good deal. The quality of all items is worth more than this bundle deal. The shipment was also received quickly. Amazon is awesome. You get a nice mat that usually sells for at least $12. The 2 blocks that sells for at least $5 each. Then the belt that sells for $12. The bag that is also no less that $5. You will save.
