Got this ball and two others of higher weight to augment the 'toys' I have for exercise.
Had to get the ones that were striped and colorful and am glad I did.
They are sturdy and have held up well so far so would rate them highly.

I ordered this medicine ball on the recommendation of my son. It is just what I was looking for. 6# may not seem like much weight but using it in exercise routines, you will realize this is not a wimpy ball.
I recently ordered a 10# one also.

A LOT OF MY WORKOUT CONSISTS OF MEDICINE BALL EXERCISES AND THIS WORKS JUST PERFECT.
IT HAS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF BOUNCE FOR MY SLAMS.
