I found out about this ball at my gym. My training routine used it and I really liked the feel of it. Since I am not able to get to the gym all of the time, I decided to get a few items at home that I can use on nights that get late. The Valeo ball is one of them. Unlike most weights, this ball has a grip like a basketball, making it really easy to hold onto. It is not awkward or cumbersome, and it works excellent with arm exercises. I personally think this was one of the best investments I made to get into shape...along with my core ball and bosu!!!Customer Review: Perfect Choice For Adding To Your Training

It's my first Medicine Ball and I think it's great. It's the perfect size to do Bent Over Twists, about the size of a VolleyBall. I'm not sure why the description didn't include the size, but it's about 26 1/2" round. 6 lbs seems like a good weight for beginning but still wanting it challenging; I'm not sure I will need to go up in weight in the future. I definitely made the right decision going with this 6 lb weight.
I ordered this on a Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday, pretty unbelievably fast!

This is my third purchase of a Medicine Ball. They are identical to the ones at our gym. However the gym does not provide as great a variety, nor the instructions that come with these. These Valeo medicine balls are perfect. They have a nice texture to aid in handling. I have 4 of these balls. They don't bounce very well but I don't use them to bounce. They will bounce ok off of a concrete wall or ground. I wouldn't hesitate to order these again. Shipping was fast and great!Customer Review: Good Quality Medicine Ball

These are the same set of medicine balls my personal trainer uses. I LOVE them. They are bumpy rubber like a basketball and roughly the same size. The 12 & 10 lb. are about the size of a basketball while the 8 & 6lb. are slightly smaller and 4 & 2 lb. just a bit smaller than that.
