These are easy to grip and use, and just the right weight for me to get started. With my small hands, the seam is not really a problem, I just make sure my palms are on the opposite side. The weights have notched outer edges that keep them from rolling when put down. The color is really nice too. I purchased the three pound pair (six pounds total) of these weights for use in pilates and really like them a lot. The grip is decent and easy to hold for me, even when wet. They look nice and are sized appropriately.
These weights make a great addition to a home gym and are priced right. I think you will be satisfied with these.

I ordered these to go along with the 30 Day Shred. 3 pounds doesn't seem like much, but WOW!!! These really get heavy mid workout! I use 2 pounds for most of the exercises in the video and use these for the bicep curls and chest flies. These are good--easy to carry. Not too light or heavy when I go on a long walk. The only issue is that my dogs think they're toys, so I sometimes have to go looking for one (or both), and now one of them has a few little doggy toothprints in it.Customer Review: Perfect weights and delivery!

The weights are great! They are soft to the touch so it doesn't hurt your hands during workouts.
