Pad is great, super soft and rolls up even smaller than I anticipated. The only flaw is that when performing exercises that require being on knees you have to double up the pad for thickness but this is a simple thing and not worth docking a star. This mat is a nice level of thickness and is great to exercise on. I am now using it to go under a bicycle on a trainer. This serves the purpose of absorbing sweat, but even more importantly noise. Not the original purpose, but it works very well at it.Customer Review: Excellent mat

This mat does not have a stench described in other comments about workout mats and is a very nice mat. I really like this mat, it works great. It is really soft and very long and it does not move when working on it. I love this mat!
