This is a very simple, good workout mat! I see many people think you can jump on this. You can do whatever you want with it, to each it's own! TO ME: this is mainly for push ups if you don't want your elbows to hurt, for abs, for going into plank. It's awesome for my workouts I do at home! Thanks VALEO and for AMAZON for carrying this! I really like the thickness of this mat. It does retain some "curl" from being rolled up. I use it for mainly ab work & static stretching so it isn't a problem. I only use it at home, but it seems like it would be easy to take with you since it is pretty light weight. It also has the built in velcro closures which make it nice for storage. Overall, I feel like it was a great purchase.Customer Review: It's great!

This mat is great for doing crunches on a very hard floor because it is thick. It is not made to do cardio on - in my opinion, but for isometric exercises it is great! The one edge doesn't roll all the way down, but I just flip the mat over and use the other side and it flattens it enough for me. I find the complaints about jumping on it silly. Its not meant for that.
I've been using it for a week now and its really good. The corners do fold up eventually but I roll it the other way alternatively so it been fine.
I used it on hardwood and carpet (the 1 time i had to) and it worked well on both surfaces. The grip is solid.

I purchased this to use with P90X and I'm glad I did. Nice soft foam mat so it actually feels like you're on a mat not on a hardwood floor. Great product at a great price. All mats I saw in stores around me were about $10 more and they weren't a nice thick foam like this is. Awesome Product.
