I have absolutely no complaints about this mat. It does what a mat is supposed to do. It is easy to store, the price is ridiculously low and it is easy to pack and carry. I have been using this one almost on a daily basis for about six months now and so far it has held up well. Even if it should self destruct tomorrow, I still got my monies worth out of the thing. If and when I need another, I will quite likely get another of these.Customer Review: Fine for the price

This is exactly what I was looking for -- an inexpensive, easy-to-carry mat that gives me some padding while doing sit ups or other excercises on the floor. I'm very pleased with it. The one negative is that it doesn't lay completely flat when I roll it out, but I use a couple of hand weights to hold down the curly end. It rolls up very small to store in the hall closet. It seems to be sturdily made to last through a lot of sit ups.Customer Review: Perfect

This turned out to be a great buy for me. I began doing P90X, and this mat makes it so much easier to do the ab training and other floor exercises. It fits my needs perfectly. Mine doesn't roll up like others have said and I have jumped and stretched on it without it ripping. perhaps other exercises can cause this but I have not had that issue at all. The $15 or so bucks I spent on it was well worth the money!!!!Customer Review: Very Satisfied!

I had a hard time choosing between this mat and the Harbinger mat that is popular here on Amazon. Fortunately, I ran across an identical Harbinger mat at a sports store and decided my its outer material would most likely to tear because of its bad quality. I have used this one for almost 2 weeks now, at least half a dozen times for high impact cardio and weight training and it hasnt torn or snagged once. Love it!Customer Review: A great mat

This mat is perfect for what I ordered it for: a cushion on which to do my strength training exercises. It has a nice thickness and the attached straps encourage me to roll it up after use, rather than leaving it on the floor. The ends are slightly curled due to rolling, but if you just face those ends down on the floor, it doesn't make a difference at all. Overall, a great product and well worth the money.
