Always looking for good ways to get a strong core and have tried about everything at one time or another, including many of the really expensive ab machines. To me, this is as good as any of them. Lots of different exercises, which can be modified (in most cases) for varying levels. This is one of those inexpensive pieces of equipment that really packs a lot of punch. Several things you can do with it. I love it.
Description of Valeo Dual Ab Wheel
Two non-skid wheels for stability and durability. Cushioned rubber foam grips for comfort. 1" spacer between wheels for added stability. Strengthen and tone abs, shoulders, arms and back.Strengthen and tone your abs, shoulders, arms, and back with the Valeo dual ab wheel. The unit teams up a pair of nonskid wheels and two easy-grip handles. To use, simply get on all fours, grab hold of the handles, and glide the wheels back and forth across the floor. At various points during the exercise, you'll work every major upper body muscle group as your torso adjusts to the movements. The dual ab wheel comes with an instructional fitness guide.
