I've had this ball for several weeks now and it's been great. I'm using it right now instead of a desk chair. I'm 26 weeks pregnant and have a 30lb two year old and I could feel my back begin to take most of the abuse. Just sitting on it at the computer strengthens my core muscles and has helped a lot. I also use it to do some other stretches and strengthening moves before bed to help keep my back healthy. They are also great for natural childbirth (used one in the hospital with my first) and this one will work great for that too. My mother is a regular at her chiropractor and she says that he sits on one of these while working on his patients (I personally wanted to avoid the chiro but that fact helped me decide to get one for myself). Can't beat the price.
