This is designed for users 5'4" to 6'. I've only owned it for a week but appears to be good quality. Includes a pump and measuring tape so you know when to stop pumping it. Also includes a CD Rom or DVD which we haven't checked out yet.Customer Review: boing

This is a nice, solid exercise ball. I've used it several times and don't have to worry about popping the ball. It's a bit tacky, (not sticky), so there's no problem with slipping. It's a good quality exercise ball.Customer Review: Great work out
