I spent a lot of time looking at various exercise balls on Amazon and ended up going with this one. I am completely happy with it. It includes the hand pump to inflate, and a 'tape' to show you the exact inflation circumference. My kids had a great time inflating it. The quality of the ball is just like those I've used in fitness centers. For the price and the included items, this was just right. Like some others have noted, I did not receive a wall chart as advertised (no big deal). It does include a DVD but I have not used it. I got one of the DVDs from the "10 Minute" series which is extremely good. You can program a series of 10 minute sessions on the DVD to customize what works for you. I could easily see packing this ball and hand pump when doing extended travel and using it in the hotel room.
