I am 6'2 and use this for problems with my back. Had no problems with the ball. You don't have to blow it up all the way and can adjust it to your required size. The pump works just fine. This is a great ball and I would recommend to anyone for home exercise. It does a lot of exercises if you learn how. I use it for some exercises not even listed on the instruction sheet. The pump ain't much but it gets the job done.Customer Review: Good ball but I ordered too large
