Customer Review: Very Happy with this Pad

I bought this pad because they didn't seem to have any at my gym, and I've been very happy with it so far. Just like an earlier review, I immediately liked the gel (versus foam) like feel of the cushioning; the cushioning is soft but firm, so it is very comfortable on my spine and shoulders when doing heavy squats. I was slightly concerned by an earlier review that said it didn't fit around the bars all the way, but at my specific gym, a 24-Hour Fitness, it fits around all the bars perfectly. Finally, I like the fact that they are one piece (versus a foam pad with a separate nylon sheet that wraps around it) because that means I don't have to fumble around looking for both pieces in my bag. I can just pull it out, slap it on the bar, the velcro ends connect with each other, and I'm off and squating with minimal fuss.
