Description of Valeo Ab Wheel
Two non-skid wheels for added stability. Cushioned rubber foam grips for a comfortable grip. Strengthen and tone abs, shoulder, arms and back. Assembly instructions included.Strengthen and tone your abs, shoulders, arms, and back with the Valeo dual ab wheel. The unit teams up a pair of nonskid wheels and two easy-grip handles. To use, simply get on all fours, grab hold of the handles, and glide the wheels back and forth across the floor. At various points during the exercise, you'll work every major upper body muscle group as your torso adjusts to the movements. The dual ab wheel comes with an instructional fitness guide.

When i bought this thing i thought that for 10 bucks i would not be able to get much, let me tell you that this wheel is magic. i have not cut my abs but i can feel how they burn every time i use this wheel and not only that, i also feel that my abs muscles have gotten tighter. i can feel my abs cutting up for the first time ever.Customer Review: Great Product!!

This item the Dual Wheel really works my abs and also I notices my triceps and upper back get a workout too. With this Dual Ab Wheel I can feel and see my core is getting stronger and the abs are not showing.lol. Easy to assemble out of the box and look and feel very sturdy and strong. I really love this thing, I am not a typical excercising type of person, the extent of my workouts includes stretching, walking and jumprope. the abwheel is perfect for a low impact ab workout, and it even strengthens your back!! You get a great ab, back and arm workout with this ab roller! I tried an ab roller with one wheel, but it was very difficult to maintain your balance. Bought this program after reading one of those "Get 6-pack" stuff online. And it gives a nice workout! Heard about it...wasn't too sure about it but it's worth it! As a person who works out regularly i recommend this equipment for any1. Easy to assemble! Have fun..hope this helped...
