Description of Valeo Ab Wheel
Two non-skid wheels for added stability. Cushioned rubber foam grips for a comfortable grip. Strengthen and tone abs, shoulder, arms and back. Assembly instructions included.Strengthen and tone your abs, shoulders, arms, and back with the Valeo dual ab wheel. The unit teams up a pair of nonskid wheels and two easy-grip handles. To use, simply get on all fours, grab hold of the handles, and glide the wheels back and forth across the floor. This wheel really does give a good workout. It works different muscles because I do regular ab workouts and I STILL got sore the first time I used it. After a few days, kick right back into it and it will work your shoulders, arms, and abs. No problems so far. The handle is just fine; I don't know why people keep yapping about it.
P.S. Follow the instructions and have good posture when working out!

I don't use this every day anymore, and really not even every week. I use it as a supplement, or to change up my workouts a little every now and again. it's cheap enough where you can just keep it in your room or workout room as a tool to use whenever you think you might need it.
Don't get me wrong though... it works and it hurts. I just really enjoy variety.

The ab wheel just worked right out of the box. All I had to do was slide the metal bar through the two wheels and then slide on the two rubber grips. The included tips show you how to use the product correctly and the box showed a good description of the product.
I have noticed that an ab wheel definitely will work out more than just your abs though.

It was simple to assemble, just put a little liquid soap on the bar and pound on the rubber handles gently with a hammer, make sure the finger grips are aligned. My abs are already strong so the ab exercise was easy for me, but I feel this equipment gives an excellent total ab experience. I feel the exercise worked my arms more than my abs.Customer Review: Perfect

Sturdy, strong, not expensive and, boy.....does it WORK the abs!! It takes a little bit to get used to but the workout it provides is incredible. I just got it about a week ago so I can;t tell you it makes a difference-- but I can tell you thins: with the soreness I feel (in a good way) in my abs it HAS TO BE DOING SOMETHING GOOD!
