Description of Valeo Ab Wheel
Two non-skid wheels for added stability. Cushioned rubber foam grips for a comfortable grip. Strengthen and tone abs, shoulder, arms and back. Assembly instructions included.Strengthen and tone your abs, shoulders, arms, and back with the Valeo dual ab wheel. The unit teams up a pair of nonskid wheels and two easy-grip handles. To use, simply get on all fours, grab hold of the handles, and glide the wheels back and forth across the floor. At various points during the exercise, you'll work every major upper body muscle group as your torso adjusts to the movements. The dual ab wheel comes with an instructional fitness guide.

I've tried all kinds of machines at the gym and of course sit-ups and crunches from practically every position available, but this is hands down the best ab workout I've ever found. My old gym used to have a couple, and they were almost always in use because people loved them so much. This particular model is a cinch to assemble - just use a dab of hand lotion to slide the grips on snugly like the instructions suggest. That's all there is to it. I can already tell my abs are going to be sore in a day or two, which is a surefire sign that I got a great exercise. at first I was a little worried about buying this after reading some reviews, but i bought it anyways and im VERY glad i did. This ab wheel is perfect, EASY to assemble (for me at least. Lots of other reviews people said it was super hard to put the handles on, which was not the case for me, maybe they got tighter made handles, idk), the wheel is a bit small but that doesnt bother me, or my bf at all, and it rolls with ease. I do recommend this to anyone who wants a good hard workout, of course if you dont care about getting the expensive hardcore looking kinds. im telling you this was just perfect. :)Customer Review: works as advertised

the ab-wheel is very light and can feel very "plasticky" but it totally gets the job done. For the price (< $10), it's totally worth it. Best of all, you get the work out you want with it... a few reps and you immediately feel the ab core burn. However, i always feel that i'm not using this device correctly because i keep suspecting my posture. Having an experienced gym coach watch over you a couple of times to get the right form would go a long way to ensure you don't injure yourself and keep getting a good work out.

I was reading the reviews everytime I buy something online because it is hard to return them. I bought this because I just had a baby and the weight I lost turned into an ugly loose skin. I tried this and after 5 rolls my abs really hurt like crazy. I gave a day break from using it and Im on my 5th time using it. Now my arms, shoulders and abs are hurting too. They say that if the body is sore from exercising, it really works and targets the upper body. This thing really works and I will update again my review after 2 months. This is great simple product at a cheap price, it is sturdy.
Some of the people gave it a bad review because they said it is hard to get the handles on but if the would have bothered to read the first line of the directions they would have read the company recommends you use a little lotion or soap, I used a skirt of lotion on the bar before slipping the handles on. It took me about 5 seconds to fully assemble and the handles does not slip off as my son has also been driving it all around.
