Description of Valeo Ab Wheel
Two non-skid wheels for added stability. Cushioned rubber foam grips for a comfortable grip. Strengthen and tone abs, shoulder, arms and back. I've used an ab wheel before and they definitely work your abs. But you should not solely rely on this tool for getting the perfect abs that you're dreaming of. Now, the Valeo Dual Ab Wheel is nothing fancy. It just works just like the other ab wheels out there as long as you use it properly. The dual wheels help though in making a straight line. Some people complained about how hard to put on the rubber grip. I never had problems with mine. It took me literally 10 seconds to put both grips on.
It's worth $10, which is what I paid for this thing. I'd pay more if the grip they use is made out of gel and a little fatter. Other than that, I do recommend this ab wheel.

The price was right for this ab wheel so I jumped on it and bought it. The quality is very good - I've used it a bunch and it's still going strong. The non-skid wheels are great because I use it on a hard wood floor and I need good stability and is doesn't scuff up the floor. It's easy to assemble which is a plus. I would suggest to anyone who is a beginner at this to watch videos online about how to use it. For me it really tones my abs and my arms. But definitely don't solely rely on this ab wheel to get washboard abs. Exercising and eating right are a lot more important. If you do those two things and use this product you will see results. Just as all ab wheels go as long as they can hold weight they will do the trick, this was the cheapest I could find at the time, and it easily holds my 200+lbs of weight, and does exactly what you expect,
the first time I used it 3 rolls was all it took to set fire to my abs, thankfully I can get a decent work out from it now.
If your thinking about try one, be ready for your Arms and back to be worked as well
Although I would suggest finding a cheap one, really all it needs to do is hold you up and roll, as long as it can be returned within a few days as a just in case event, is there a need to pay more for such a device?

I have other Valeo products so I chose this brand because they make good products.
I used this for the first time yesterday and boy oh boy do I feel it today.
Abs, obliques, shoulders and arms. I think this will be a great addition to my home work out collection.
This is NOT a magic product that will give you a gym body by itself. I work out at a gym 5 days a week and watch what I eat and will use this to enhance and challenge myself.
My home gym gadgets are to supplement my work outs not replace them, so if you want to spice up your work out, then this is your item.
It's sturdy and assembles in 5 seconds.

This is probably one of the toughest ab workouts I've ever done. It is very effective.
I've had this for about two years now and it has held up well. It is pretty sturdy, rolls well, and does what it should. One of the nice things about this wheel is that it is small enough to store away when not in use.
If you've never tried this wheel before, try one at your gym or demo one in a store somewhere and see if it is something that you would actually enjoy using... as this particular exercise is not suitable for everyone.
I'm happy with the quality of the Valeo Dual Ab Wheel and do recommend it.
