These are high quality, extremely durable straps.
However theses are not for novices. If you don't have your 6-pack showing you won't be able to control the movement and will be swinging around as a sausage.
For the rest of you I would highly recommend these.

The straps are comfortable and well made. We use them for hanging crunches from a pull up bar. My children love to hang/swing etc from them. Just like Monkeys swinging on a vine in the jungle! The Valeo ab straps are great. I like them better than the ones my gym has (Mod Bod) because they are wider--good arm support and quite comfortable. Plus, they are moderately priced. I use them several times a week and am very pleased with this purchase.Customer Review: Better than the gym!

I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and these straps are better than the ones I have used in many gyms. Strong construction with extra thick padding. Very easy to install. I would recommend these to anyone and you can't beat the price!Customer Review: Solid!

My only concern when purchasing these was whether or not the clip would be big enough. Upon receiving, I was quickly reassured that that would not be an issue. These things are a great workout, stomach is killing me already!
