As i as well wanted to do more hanging knee/leg raises, i was looking for a great ab strap. Was gona jump into it by buying the $9.99 irongym one, but it just looked so cheap. So paid a little bit more and read the great reviews on here about it. Padding is great for under the arm pit, very well covered and stable, MONEY well spend... Don't waste your $ on the irongym ab strap.

I've been looking for the Ab straps for a while and Amazon had it for fraction of the price then the other sites. Once I've received the pakage, I was excited to check it out and try it. I've researched and used many different ab straps. These are great, especially for the price. The carabiner clips are threaded, somewhat annoying, but easy to get past or you can change them out with your preference if you want to find and purchase new ones.
