Valeo's 5 pound adjustable ankle/wrist weights have removable weight packs for adjustment from 1-5 pounds. Adjustable metal d-ring closure system allows weights to be worn on either ankles or wrists. Soft padding provides extra comfort. Packaged in pairs.

The orthopaedic surgeon told me to get ankle weights and do 20 or thirty reps for each leg, twice, each day for osteoarthritis in my knees. So I got these. After about a week, I was able to use them at maximum weight. They are just what the doctor ordered.

These ankle weights are great. I like that you can remove some weights, and make it anywhere between 1 1/2 lbs to 5 lbs depending on what you need. They are high quality and are just what I needed. Very affordable.

These are so versitile that you have alot of use for them. You can adjust the weights to the weight you can tollerate, and build yourself up. I would recommend these to anyone.
