Adjustable metal d-ring closure system allows weights to be worn on either ankles or wrists. Soft padding provides extra comfort. Double strap closure allows for a secure fit. Well, to those of you who said these don't work for women, I disagree. I use these for resistance training and have no trouble with them. They fit around my ankles, may slide up a bit when doing leg lifts, but still work great. I only wish they made ones with more weight!Customer Review: Best leg weights ever

These weights are the best. When you exercise they stay in place and do not unravel or slide. They were cheaper then all the rest offered and actually the better product. The weights arrived quickly. It would be helpful if the description said each weight is 5 lbs to eliminate any confusion about whether each weight is 10 lbs for those of us who don't shop for this type of item often. Very useful and easy to use.Customer Review: Comfy

These are Ten Pounds (10 lbs) total. Five each...this confused me for a bit since I thought they were ten each.
Other than that, they fit great and don't rub blisters. Comfy and effective is how I would describe them.

These are very easy to use and work great - no ankle discomfort, holds tight, even upside down. The double velcro and double D-ring fasteners are really heavy duty. So they should last a very long time (probably for life!)
