Adjustable metal d-ring closure system allows weights to be worn on either ankles or wrists. Soft padding provides extra comfort. Double strap closure allows for a secure fit. I found the 2 velcro straps not to be practical

I wanted ankle weights to wear during workouts. These weights are so bulky around my ankles, I can't walk or run normally. They are fine for leg lifts and stationary exercises.Customer Review: ankle weight slips during use.

It's impossible to keep it from slipping around on your ankle no matter how tightly you pull the velcro strap. It could have been designed better.
