Valeo's 10 pound adjustable ankle/wrist weights have removable weight packs for adjustment from 2-10 pounds. Adjustable metal d-ring closure system allows weights to be worn on either ankles or wrists. Soft padding provides extra comfort. Double strap closure allows for a secure fit. Packaged in pairs.Adding ankle and wrist weights is a surprisingly effective, and challenging, way to boost your cardio training. Padded for comfort and featuring dual metal D-ring closures, these durable, easy-to-use weights have a self-gripping closure for easy insertion and removal of weight packs, and can be configured from two to ten pounds each.

Notes:
-Won't work on wrists at all
-After awhile of usage, it started leaking grains of some type of metal

I am very happy with these ankle weights. They fit very securely and seem to be very well built. I use them alot and have had no trouble with them at all.
