I love these weights. I read some reviews saying that they are not good for small people, but I am 5'3" and 110lb and I can wear them on both my ankles or wrists just fine (it all depends which loop you put the strap through. The weights stay in place, and the velcro is strong enough to withstand quick movements. I would definitely recommend these!
