Customer Review: A bargain for the money

I got interested in this combo after using a friend's Streamlight TLR-2. The Streamlight was well over $200 so I thought for the money I would try this one. I am pleasantly surprised. The laser is visible in daylight to over 150 yards. It puts out a good amount of light at night, certainly enough to see effectively beyond 70 yards. Although the Streamlight has a crisper, brighter light, this UTG is a good alternative, especially for the price. It is more than adequate for most situations, and is blinding within 20 yards. The only drawback I saw was that the batteries were dead when I got it. I am going to be buying more of these for rifle applications. The light and laser go far beyond the range of any handgun or shotgun, and are suited for rifle applications. It's not the best one out there, but it's the best for the money.
