I purchased this product for my Colt M4 .22 Caliber Rimfire rifle. The grip is plastic but feels very solid and sturdy. It has a storage compartment that I use to store 3-CR123 Lithium batteries for my Surefire X300 weapon light. The grip is held on the picatinny rails by the storage compartment which screws on. My only compliant is the cap you have to open to get to the batteries. You have to use a flat edge (coin, screwdriver, etc.) to open. You can't use your hand to unscrew it.
I uploaded pictures of my rifle. Check them out for notes on the grip.

This is the 2nd grip I've bought(1st one stolen w/rifle)and I see no reason to pay 4 or 5 times the price for big name vertical grips!
The grip itself is as solid a mount as anyone could want, easy to install and the battery compartment is watertight!Don't pay $60-$90 for others grips, you'll throw money away.Plus, if you are in the market for a rail mounted light, check out UTG's Defender series weapon lights, they reflect the same quality for the price as this grip!

Sturdy grip, though slightly bulky. Grip fits larger hand with no problem. Designed to hold internal batteries and laser trigger. Also a storage compartment.
Very robust (plastic). Can handle abuse. Mounted grip on two different M4s and both worked like gangbusters. Able to hold M4 by grip and charge bolt without grip losing position on rail.
Ultimately, there may be better (and more expensive) grips available but this grip is great for the buck.

I got this foregrip for my Tippmann 98 paintball marker, I hated the original one and have a barrel shroud with rails. This feels great and its light weight. I like that its thick not one of those thin little grips. I haven't put a pressure switch on it yet but I like the option for a flashlight if I ever get some night games going. It holds 2 AA batteries, which is handy. Buy this if you want a thick manly foregrip thats not expensive.

Again I was skeptical on the quality of a lower priced ar accessorie but was proven wrong once again. It is a solid piece. The feel of it fits my hand perfectly, and with my hands being larger than most it was perfect. Gives great controll to any black rifle and a top notch quality. One side note. Make sure you line up the plastic nub in between the rail notches when tightening down. If not it could become an issue. Overall Love it!
