As a woman, I was looking for a knife to use in the rivers of northern California. The hard plastic case makes it easy to find in my dive bag and, of course, adds protection from accidental cuts. Nice handle with a good grip.
Description of U.S. Divers BC 3.25-Inch Diving Knife
3-1/4 Stainless steel blade with blunt tip, serrated edge and line cutterA handy accessory for underwater emergencies, the compact U.S. Divers BC 3-1/4-inch diving knife handles a host of submerged cutting tasks. The stainless-steel blade sports a serrated top edge that can cut through the toughest materials, while the bottom surface features a line cutter next to the main blade for safety. The blade's blunt tip, meanwhile, helps ensure that you won't accidentally cut yourself when surprised by another diver. And thanks to the quick-release sheath, it's easy to remove the knife when time is of the essence. Equipped with a dark gray handle and a carrying box, the BC knife measures 6 inches total and is backed by a two-year warranty.
