I looked forward to using this product regularly but unfortunately was DOA. The unit seems solid, and not too heavy to move about. The instruction manual is easy to understand, but is very generic/Engrish. I like it when the power brick can be separated from the outlet cord on appliances so that gets a plus. The brick leads to the back (lower right leg) where there is the master power switch.Customer Review: Ok for feet but missed the calf

Tis was purchased as a Christmas Gift for my wife. When she first put her feet into it she was in heaven. A few minutes later she was saying she didn't want it because it didn't reach her calves enough.
If you're looking for really good massage for calves this will not cut it, it does a great job on the feet though.
