I have one almost exactly like this one. I have severe edemia and cannot put on shoes or slippers, my feet and calfs get so large. An hour a night while laying in bed helps tremendously. I don't know what I would be doing if I had not bought it. I paid close to $400, so this seems like a great deal.Customer Review: Great relief for RLS

This does a great job at deep calf and ankle massage: and helps reduce my Restless Leg Syndrome episodes at night. My calf muscles however are perhaps a too large for this, and it squeezes very tight, sometimes outside my realm of comfort: but uninterrupted sleep is worth it.Customer Review: Great piece of equipment

I saw a similar (different brand) massager at a friend place and I shopped on Amazon to find the U-Comfy.
Had this for 6 months and use it frequently.
