Darshan emphasizes optimal carriage and alignment, and aims at conditioning the muscle groups that produce ease, effortlessness and precision in bellydance movement. The workout section includes Darshan's signature torso articulation drills and the upper body flexibility and articulation that makes Tribal Fusion style so distinct. East Coast Tribal bellydance blends sensual, fluid movement with sharp percussive accents evoking the flair of urban modernity. The "East Coast Tribal Bellydance" instructional and muscle-conditioning program is designed by Sera, an acclaimed performer of Tribal fusion bellydance, and sought-after instructor with a superb systematic teaching method. Sera's primary form of creative expression is through Tribal styles of belly dance.
