Customer Review: Doesn't work on all tubes...

I just bought this at a store nearby. My 5 yr old has been begging me for one since seeing the commercial on Sat morning TV. I figured it sounded cool and if it worked it would keep me from cleaning the toothpaste up all the time and make it easier for my kids to get their own (I have a 5yr old and a 3yr old). It seemed to attatch to my mirror ok, we'll have to see how long that lasts. My main problem is that it doesn't fit their toothpaste. The hole in the bottom is made to fit adult toothpaste tubes, but most kids toothpastes have larger openings than what will fit. In turn there's no suction in order for it to work properly. So now I will go out and try to find a toothpaste that will fit. If I can't, then back to the store it will go. Live and learn.Customer Review: Doesn't work well with kid's toothpaste

I bought this item to use in my kid's bathroom. Trying to get something that would help keep things clean. This dispenser doesn't seem to work well with the kid's toothpaste that is a bit more on the runny side. We end up with a lot of wasted toothpaste on the item, the counter and then some of it falls off the toothbrush into the sink. I think we definitely waste more toothpaste than the kids use.
Maybe it works better on adult toothpaste that isn't so runny, but we haven't tried that yet.

I bought this product for my own use to take it to INDIA. The battery operated toothbrush that came along with the product does not work. It would be too expensive to return this item and ask for a replacement. And the main point for all those who are buying this product for use in INDIA - Colgate toothpastes do not fit in to this product. My daughter was so excited to receive this for her birthday! Unfortunately, the sparkly Arm & Hammer toothpaste that I bought to go with it doesn't fit! The opening is too big to fit down in where it's supposed to. Very disappointing. I guess I'll go out and get some Crest or something - but this could have been designed better to fit all the major brands!Customer Review: No Sensodyne?

This product is OK for what it is. Regular toothpaste worked OK. Then I put Sensodyne (Sensitive Tooth) toothpaste in it and it did not work with it at all, the toothpaste is too gummy it clogged it up. After that I could not use it again even after I cleaned the Sensodyne out.
