Sports reviews of Topeak Modula Cage Waterbottle CageCustomer Review: great waterbottle cage... Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
i have used this exact cage(s) for about 10 years or so on several of both mine and my wife's bikes. they are very durable, the composite base does not damage your paint, it looks great and works to perfection with all different size bottles.
only flaw i have experienced is the rubber "o" rings around the adjustment knob breaks and falls off after a few years of aging in the elements (go figure!) but still a very solid 5 star recommended buy from me.
Customer Review: Everything you could want from a waterbottle cage Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
This is a very simple product - solid, easy to install, and performs its function well. There's an easy-to-adjust screw toward the bottom that supports a wide variety of bottle sizes. I use it with the Polar Insulated Water Bottle, and it fits perfectly. I love this combo!
I use three of these across two bikes and am very happy with my purchase.
Customer Review: Great! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
Great water bottle cage. It adjusts to allow bigger bottles by a little knob on the bottom you can turn looser or tighten for smaller bottles. Easy to install, all you need is the two little screws that screw onto the frame of the bike. It doesn't come with the screws though but most bikes have them already. If all you have are two holes there, then you'll have to find/buy the correct screws to install. Hope this helps future purchasers!
Customer Review: Simple, solid, reasonably priced. Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I installed this on my bike in about 30 seconds. I like the feel of it and the fact that it adjusts easily with the turn of a screw (by hand). I think a cage that adjusts to bottle size with a spring, i.e. where you can pull back the outer part of the cage and let close on the bottle, would make more sense (it be faster and easier to use on the go than a screw) but 'it is what it is.'
Customer Review: Nice one-size-fits-all cage... nice design Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I often buy sports drinks from the many vending machines on the streets around Tokyo. The size of these bottles varies, so it is nice to have a holder that can be adjusted to fit anything from a small bottle, up to a 750 ml bottle. Easy to install and easy to adjust the size by simply turning the screw at the bottom of the holder. No tools needed to adjust size.
