Sports reviews of Topeak JoeBlow Max II Floor Bike PumpCustomer Review: Good value Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
This item is much larger than it appears in the picture, but that probably makes it even better. As others have said, it can be difficult to pump beyond 60psi or so, but unless you're using an electric pump it's going to take a little effort no matter what you use. I broke a light sweat getting two tires to 85psi but it wasn't really that difficult. It just works, and that's really all you can ask for a pump at this price point.
Customer Review: Great for car tires Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I was looking for a bike pump that could keep my car tires inflated, as I'm not a big fan of doing it at a gas station. This pump definitely does an excellent job.
On my car tires, it takes 4 strokes to bring up the pressure by 1 psi, which is an amazing rate for a bike pump. Other bike pumps can easily require 10 times as many strokes. It's definitely worth the money, and it appears to be sturdy enough.
Customer Review: Great pump, very efficient! Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I was using a cheap Bell brand floor pump that was shrader only and very slow. I got this pump after getting a new mtb with 2.5 tires on it and presta valves. Holy crap this thing pumps up a huge downhill tire in just a few pumps. I have no doubt about people saying this will work for car tires. It really moves the air. The gauge is nice and seems accurate as well. Great value and quality like all Topeak product.
Customer Review: Good Product Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
Sturdy construction. Good stable base. Comfortable handles for delivering high pressure. Pressure gauge is easy to read and appears accurate. Long, flexible hose allows pump to remain out of the way while accessing valve stem. Universal chuck is convenient although locking lever on the chuck can be a little hard to engage. Works well with both schraeder and presta valves.
Customer Review: So far it's a great pump for the price.... Sport shop rating: 5 Stars
I've used this a handful of times to pump up mountain bike tires. I noticed that my conventional dial and digital tire pressure gauges seem to read a different pressure than the gauge on this pump. For simplicity sake, I use the gauge on this pump and have had no issues to date. It's built well for the price and seems to work great for tires that need up to 65psi.
