Recall average, peak and minimum heart rates. Indigo night-light.The affordable, entry-level Timex T5G941 is great for those just starting out with heart rate monitoring. This digital wristwatch-style monitor continuously tracks your heart rate via a comfortable, elastic chest strap (which fists chest sizes from 25 to 53 inches). The large, easy-to-read display recalls your activity time and average, peak, and minimum heart rate, and it includes 12/24 hour time and month/date display. It also features INDIGLO night light backlighting, up to 2 years of battery life, and is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet)--enabling it to withstand splashes and accidental dunks into the water, but not suitable for swimming.

I recently had a serious heart attack and my heart rate runs very low. It was recommended I purchase a product like this. I feel much safer when I walk knowing I can see my heart rate within seconds. This product is just what I needed. It works and is easy to use. It is a lifesaver. I am very happy & satisfied with this product. You can always trust Timex.

I was hesitant to get this due to the mixed reviews, but I figured the price is right. I'm glad I got it. It works just fine. You do need to find the right spot to position the chest strap, a little lower than you'd expect. Make sure you wet it first with water, as explained in the instructions. Other than that, not much to it. It worked fine right out of the box.Customer Review: so pleased I even ordered two more for my husband and son.

I ordered this monitor for Spin class. Have been very pleased with it, features I like are the large numbers for my eyes that now need reading glasses, and simplicity. It tells me my heartrate accurately and consistently. Have used it regularly for many months and always been pleased. So much so that I also ordered two more for other family members.Customer Review: It's a steal!

When I bought this, it was 28 dollars. Now even at 32 dollars, it's a great purchase. It's easy to use, simple, and accurate. It has only two modes: watch and heart rate monitor. Great Product. Have had a couple weeks with no problems. Picks up heartrate fast and seems accurate. Comfortable to wear and hasn't slipped. Even wore with underwire and had no problems. Great for helping to maximize exercise for weight loss. I use on my walks to make sure I get the most out of them.
