Somehow I thought I was getting a pair. I bought an extra large, and should have only bought a large or perhaps even a medium. The whole thing works very well. I didn't end up keeping it on all night and actually took it off before I fell asleep. But even that short 2 hours reading in bed helped. I awoke with no pain, and even almost felt like I'd never had troubles at all.
I highly recommend this item.
