I'm very pleased with the product. For the price, it's much better than the Bender Ball and it doesn't deflate on you the way the BB does, so you don't have to keep inflating it after a few days. The only negative I would say is the size--it's a little larger than the BB so it doesn't sit as nicely at the small of your back when you do situps, and it's difficult to keep your feet balanced on it for the thigh lifts.Customer Review: Great for lower back pain

I was told several years ago to do crunchs for the never ending lower back pain that I have been experiencing for years. Well doing crunches flat on the floor was very uncomfortable, which made it harder for me to want to do them. Then I found the pilates ball, and all the neck strain that goes with regular crunches does not exisit when doing crunches with the ball just below the curve of the lower back.Customer Review: Mini-ball

This ball is great. I had relatively strong abs but not really any definition. I need to do at least 100 situps before I can feel the burn and that takes a lot of time and is uncomfortable. With the ball I do less sit-ups and my abs are becoming more defined. I don't use it all the time so I can't attest to weight loss, but it does work well on your abs for definition.Customer Review: High Quality - but slow leak

The ball came quickly and is made of a very durable material. I really enjoyed this product and use it daily. However, with excessive use there is a small leak - I need to blow mine up again every week. But I use it for 100 situps a night.
I would recommend this product to others.

For the price the balls are perfect. I am an instructor and I use them in my classes. They seem to not hold air very long, after one class they need to be blown up again. But overall I am satisfied.
