Customer Review: pretty color, toxic smell

The ball emits quite a toxic smell, so it's been in the garage off-gassing for about a week, but the smell is still there.
Inhaling the fumes while exercising seems counter productive, so the ball spends most of its time in the garage.
Also, it's not quite as small as I expected. When blown up, it is definitely at least 10". It seems OK as a stability ball,
but if you're going to try to roll around on it, as outlined in some of these body rolling books, it seems much too soft
with a bit too much give to serve that purpose. Perhaps I can discover some other uses for it other than what I intended
once the smell subsides. I do hope that the smell will eventually go away or else I will not feel good about using it at all.
I detracted stars because the smell is too toxic to be around much less exercise with it, and because it was a bit bigger
than what it says and I definitely did not want anything bigger than 9" max. But it's the smell right now that is preventing
me from even using it. On the plus side, it's a pretty color. I will update this after a few weeks to let you know about the smell factor.
Frankly, I expected a bit better from Theragear. Nothing this toxic should ever be emitted from any "health conscious" products.
