I first saw the stick in action during the St George UTAH marathon this year. There are several sizes, but the travel stick fits on my laptop briefcase with no problems. I have used the stick for a couple of months now -- prior and after my long distance runs -- and I am running pain free. I bought this product for my boyfriend who plays/practices hockey six days out of seven and this product works great. A simple tool to working out sore muscles and relieving tightness. He uses this product all the time and takes it with him when he travels. Regular stretching after a long run wasn't enough to stretch out my leg muscles. My legs would feel tired and sore for a couple days after and it made it harder to run a day or two later. After I used The Stick a couple of times after my long runs, my legs were not sore or tired. It was a lot easier to run the next day.Customer Review: My calves are forever grateful!

I was having bad problems with calf cramps on any runs over 3 miles. I tried magnesium, potassium, bananas, hydrating, you name it. Then I got the STICK.
