The Stick is a great device. I bought mine based on other user reviews. I was having a lot of trouble with tight muscles and plantar fasciitis. This helped, but didn't totally get rid of the problem. I've started cross-training and The Stick has been great for relieving sore muscles. You have to remember to use it though! Highly recommend!Customer Review: Great for tight calf muscles

I run and walk trails. Even with stretching afterwards, sometimes at night I can't get to sleep because my calf muscles tighten up. I could get up and go through a long, slow stretching regimen, which isn't bad, but this device gives me a quick, effective way to get the tenseness out of my calf muscles.Customer Review: Good muscle relief

I bought this after my chiropractor used it during an office visit. The stick is long enogh that you can hit all muscles. The plastic rollers allow the stick to glide over easily. Very good on calfs, hamstrings, and quads. Good on back, but some might feels that it might hurt a little.Customer Review: great for runners

I bought this after reading many good reviews and used it while training for a marathon from Jan-Apr 2008.
Works great after a run. Also did wonders for my lower back, hamstrings and glutes. I am always glad to use it and feel much better and looser afterwards

I bought the larger version of the Body Stick for my sons, both of whom play football. They report that the stick helps smooth out tense and sore leg muscles after intense workouts. It works particularly well on the hamstrings and quads. I strongly recomend this product.
