I have enjoyed using this product for the last few weeks and reach for it when I get up in the morning and prior to going for my daily workout. The Stick is convenient to use at home, although it takes a few minutes to use, for those who are accustomed to a daily massage with a towel or brush, the stick will also do the trick by allowing you to use a variety of pressures and leverage where and when needed.
I use it for an all over workout, working my neck, shoulders, back, legs. There is an instruction sheet with the stick that will give you ideas and guidance on how to use it. I have added a few additional massages to my routine as well. Get to those trigger points that give you grief, easily, and by yourself.
Before using the stick, I would go for my long walks and really be dragging after about a mile. Now, I have more energy, since the stick has prepared my body for the journey. If you need some additional guidance get the instructional video or work with someone who has used it before. There are two sizes, the blue is the standard size and the green handled one is for larger sizes, like myself.
Use the stick daily if you want to enjoy a life of flexible living.

I got The Stick for my husband for Christmas 2007. He is a marathon runner and is currently in training for a marathon in February 2008. He was pretty skeptical when he opened this gift. However, he gave it a shot and used it after a long run on his legs. He told me his muscles actually felt better! Now he uses it regularly and likes it a lot. I've used it, too, and it takes a little getting used to, but then it does feel pretty good! It's a very simple concept, but it gets the job done.Customer Review: This is Great!

The Stick Original Body Stick
I sometimes get stiff during and after a workout, and it can be difficult to get the muscles "unknotted" enough to get in a good stretch. The Stick helps me to convince the muscle groups to relax so that I can stretch out properly. It works very well for morning-after stiffness, too.

I was a little weary ordering a gadget as I really dislike owning things I don't use, but my hamstrings have been so tight since I've been running regularly that I thought I'd give it a try (can't afford to get a massage after every run!)
The body stick works well, and it's easy to take along. It doesn't feel as awesome as a full body massage, but it seems to help get the blood flowing to the muscles to help them relax/repair.

The Original Body Stick was reccomended by my Chiropractor. My primary use for it is physical therapy. I have a neuro-muscular problem which makes my muscles weak and very painful when they are made to exercise. The Stick helps to loosen the tight muscles and relieves the myofacial pain. I use it a number of times through out my day. It's very light weight, I may get a second one to keep in the car for when I go to the Gym.
